The Insight: The solar market in Southern CA is highly saturated. In order to stand out, you need to provide real value beyond being another company that gets glass on roofs.

The Strategy: Parco Solar takes a comprehensive look at customers' energy usage and identifies opportunities for improvements/optimizations (and can provide those solutions as well) rather than simply throwing as many solar panels on the roof! Committed to delivering value to the environment, Parco (short for Park & Company) contributes funds to park conversancy organizations in CA.
